Going The Distance, Going For Good!

Two things that I’m a big fan of are cool swag and promoting diversity.  One thing that I’m not that big of a fan of is running.  However, when it’s a global pandemic and I need every excuse to get out of the house and exercise, it’s easy to get on board with a “short” run.

This project was the start of an annual event hosted by Stoneridge Software and our job was to come up with a registration gift that would encourage people to get involved.  Settling on a super soft, dri-fit fabric with full sublimation was the obvious answer here :)  The client had a great idea to add a printable PDF of a “race bib” to the registration package.   Since this event was virtual, each registrant was emailed the race bib image so they could promote their participation on social.   After the registration closed, each person was mailed a shirt and insert card that had a recap of the event details.  Over $3,000 was collected in donations and after a Stoneridge Software match on that, the total contribution was over $6,000!

Brandfolk helped with design, printing and mailing of the gifts but we are very thankful of the initiative taken by Stoneridge Software to kick off this annual event. It was definitely a feel good project to work on during the fall of 2020.  National Center for Women & Information Technology and UCodeGirl were the benefactors of the money raised.
